Power: Digital Field Manipulation - Andrew controls the digital field that is basically all around everyone and everything.
By controlling the digital field, he is able to pull out data without much trouble, hack databases if needed, and use the computer from wherever he's standing [nifty 8D]. When 'hacking' he uses a special set of gloves and a mask that covers just his eyes with a strip of screen which amplifies his ability to see the network. Andrew is capable of using his powers without the gloves and mask though it then restricts his range to a 2 mile radius instead of an average of 10. He can hack systems a little out of 10 miles only on two conditions: a. he must digital dive b. he can't be distracted for a looong time.
Digital Dive - Basically the same, only instead of focusing with only his eyes, his whole mind is brought into the field. Doing so, he is able to stroll freely through the data. However, it's extremely dangerous for him to do so because in this state, he has no connection to the real world, whatsoever, making him extremely vulnerable to attacks [and pranks] and what not. He rarely uses this ability, only when facing extremely hard-to-crack firewalls, passwords, and when his target is more than 10 miles away while using his Digital Field. This is also usually done in the confines of his room or with a friend for protection.
Biography:
As a teen, Andrew had always been a bit secluded from society, never speaking unless spoken to, and so on. When he discovered his ability at age 14...he had run into his father's office database while getting out of the car. When no one else seemed to have noticed the bright green digital field, he began exploring on his own. After managing to control his powers, he began working with real computers and hard drives to familiarize with them. Soon enough, he was able to take a hard drive apart and put it all back together again.

When he revealed this secret to his parents by demonstration, he managed to open a few private files on shipments for his father's company while sitting at the dinner table and reciting the files word for word. This...sent his mother faint and his father outraged. He was torn from his younger sister and sent to the laboratories for 'check up'.

Andrew escaped to the underground with the help of a younger girl named Stephanie. There, he works as 'behind the scenes' rather than 'outside' with the others. He prefers the comfort of the underground and only leaves when needed to hack some supercomputer from another continent and what not.
